Policies & Pricing

Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at Social House. This information is meant to inform you as to the potential/likely costs associated with using our spaces and event services. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Rooms available:  

 -The Industrial Ballroom

 -The Gallery

 -The Veranda

 -Grooms Suite

 -Brides Suite

 -Media Room

Seating Occupancy:

Ballroom (round tables): 220

Gallery (round tables): 70

Wedding Price:

$3500- includes tables, linens (black or white), chairs, set up, clean up, access to Industrial Ballroom and Gallery, use of media equipment, bars, and bride and grooms rooms.

$500 deposit required to hold date. Non-refundable if canceled, applies as a credit towards your total balance. Total due 30 days prior to event.

Pricing by the hour:

 includes tables, linens (black or white), chairs, set up, clean up, use of media equipment, bars

The Industrial Ballroom (larger room) with access to Veranda- $500/hr.

The Gallery (smaller room)- $250/hr.

Security requirements and fees:

IS REQUIRED for ALL evening/night events and ANY EVENT with alcohol served.

ALL events with alcohol requires 2 security officers.

Hourly charge starts at time of event.

$50/hr per officer

Payment for security is due same date as remaining balance is due

Alcohol Policy:

2 options for alcohol during your event

    a.cash bar 

a cash bar requires a fully licensed company, please ask us for our preferred vendors that qualify for cash bar services

    b.open bar

You may bring in any alcohol into the facility. It MUST be served by a licensed TABC bartender at an additional cost, $125 to $200 for the event.

Kitchen:

 $200 (used for outside vendors), small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, stove/oven.

Linen, tables, and chairs provided.

We do have an ADA restroom available in addition to other restrooms in the facility. 

Balance due 30 days prior to event

Date Hold / Booking

After viewing the event spaces and receiving a formal proposal, a single date may be put on hold for up to 72 hours, upon request.

If all proposal details are agreeable, a contract will be presented.                                                                                                            

Only a signed contract & deposit guarantee space & service.
