Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at Social House. This information is meant to inform you as to the potential/likely costs associated with using our spaces and event services. Pricing is subject to change without notice.




Rooms available:  

 -The Industrial Ballroom

 -The Gallery

 -The Veranda

 -Grooms Suite

 -Brides Suite

 -Media Room

Seating Occupancy:

Ballroom (round tables): 150 for weddings, 175 for non-wedding events (room for dance floor)

Gallery (round tables): 60

Alcohol Policy:

2 options for alcohol during your event bar 

a cash bar requires a fully licensed company, please ask us for our preferred vendors that qualify for cash bar services. Advanced notice is required per TABC laws. bar

Guests MAY NOT BYOB. However, the host may bring in any alcohol to the facility that they would like the bartender to serve for the event. We will provide you a licensed TABC bartender for an additional fee. Security is required for any event serving alcohol for an additional fee. 


 $200 (used for outside vendors), small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, stove/oven.

Linen, tables, and chairs provided.

We do have an ADA restroom available in addition to other restrooms in the facility. 

Balance due 30 days prior to most events.


Only a signed contract & deposit guarantee space & service.
