A more intimate room, equally stunning, for smaller groups. Seats approximately 60 people at round tables. Fireplace, state of the art sound system, and tv available.
Rental fee: $275 per hour
*Certain events aren't eligible for hourly pricing. Flat rates are used.
Veranda
A comfortable, serene patio with 3 large garage doors that open. Water feature adds to the ambiance.
**Included with rental of the Industrial Ballroom.
Bridal room
Your perfect place to get ready. Large vanity and all the emergency supplies you forgot to bring. Features hanging hooks, a mini fridge/freezer, and a comfy sofa! Included in wedding package.

Selfie Booth
A fun addition to any party!! Bring your themed props and take pictures to share and remember. Share via text, airdrop, email, Instagram, and Twitter!
Rental Fee: $200
Linen, tables, and chairs provided.
